The ParaEq is a very handy tool for cutting out distracting frequencies or emphasizing desirable ones. The ParaEq MKII offers three frequency bands which can be individually cut or boosted by 15dB. In addition, it is possible to individually control the “q” of each of the three frequency bands: Whether, as with a scalpel, exactly a certain frequency or whether broadband around a certain frequency.
