Il guscio è di plastica nera purtroppo non proprio opaca. Non un grande problema, si può riverniciare a piacere in 5 minuti con una vernice spray.

The shell is plastic and black however not so matt. Not a big issue, you can repaint in 5 minutes with a spray paint can.

Il guscio è abbastanza grande e largo per una testa di taglia normale (la mia è circa 59cm di circonferenza) così ho spessorato l'interno con della gommapiuma di circa 2 cm.

The shell is quite big and large for a normal head (mine is about 59cm) so I shimmed the liner with one other foam layer of about 2 cm.

Nel retro del guscio troviamo una banda di gomma utile per tenere in posizione occhialoni o qualche altra banda elastica.

On the backside there is a rubber band that is useful to keep in position googles or some camouflage elastic bands.

Il soggolo è ben realizzato e il fastex si chiude bene. Purtroppo se non si allaccia la parte destra del soggolo potrebbe dar fastidio quando si va in mira poichè appoggia proprio sulla guancia.

The chinstrap is well made, the fastex action is sharp and clean. If you left it not fastened, the right part of the fastex will be on your cheek and can be annoying when aiming.

Ho trovato questo tipo di elmetto molto comodo, migliore del vecchio "DeltaForce" visto che la parte posteriore non tocca le spalle quando sdraiati e soprattutto è più leggero anche se a causa dei grandi spessori non è proprio fresco. Sicuramente realizzando degli spessori più sottili si riduce la sudorazione aumentandone il comfort.

I have found this kind of helmet quite better than the old one deltaforce type because the back side of the shell doesn't touch shoulders when in prone position and it's lighter, due to the big foam shimming the helmet is quite hot, doing the shimming in a lighter way will reduce persiperation and increase comfort.
