La società taiuanese ICS (I CHIN SHIVAN ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD.) ha deciso di entrare nel mondo delle repliche ASG budget con una gamma denominata Sport Line; fra gli ultimi prodotti che vi sono stati aggiunti, vi è questo modello corto, denominato C.Q.B. Short Stock. Basato sul receiver M4, questo ASG è caratterizzato dalla calciatura corta in stile 416 (sufficiente ad ospitare una batteria, evitando l'uso di contenitori esterni) e da una astina con le oramai obbligatorie quattro rail Picatinny. La parentela con la famiglia degli M4 è testimonianta anche dalla maniglia di trasporto rimovibile, in cui è alloggiata la mira a diottra. La costruzione avviene utilizzando prevalentemente materiali plastici.
