Oggi vogliamo presentarvi un utile accessorio prodotto dalla Magpul, che semplifica notevolmente l'operazione di aggancio delle tasche MOLLE ai pals del tattico o di altre tasche.

Today we want to show you an amazing tool produced by Magpul that semplify to hook up MOLLE pouches to tactical vest or other pouches.
 

Soprattutto negli ultimi anni, gli equipaggiamenti modulari sono divenuti molto diffusi a discapito dei vecchi tattici con tasche fisse.
La preferenza rivolta ai tattici modulari, nel soft air, non è dovuta tanto ad un continuo cambio nella disposizione delle tasche quanto alla possibilità di personalizzare una base con le tasche che più soddisfano le esigenze personali di ogni operatore. Le tasche quindi, una volta montate difficilmente vengono tolte per essere sostituite o montate su altrove.
Per un operatore che si trovi a dover partecipare sia a giocate domenicali di breve durata che a LRRP (long range recon patrol) come 24H o anche 36H, è evidente che ci sia il bisogno di utilizzare basi modulari diverse, e quindi o acquistare molte tasche in modo da aver sempre allestiti entrambi i tattici, oppure spostare le tasche in suo possesso sulla base che utilizza a seconda dell'occasione: ecco che il Magpul Speedthreader ci facilita incredibilmente la cosa.

Actually modular tactical vests are very popular while fixed ones lose popularity, specially lately.
The preference accorded to modular vests in airsoft is not due to a continuos change of pouches placing but to the possibility to customize our vest with pouches  in compliance with personal needs of each operator.  So, once attached pouches will be removed very rarely to be replaced or attached to another vest.
For an operator that has to play both short games and LRRP (long range recon patrol) games, it's obvious that there is the nedd to use different modular vest bases; so you can buy a lot of pouches to have two complete equipments ready to use or you have to move your pouches from a tactical vest base to another one depending on the situation. In this case, the Magpul Speedthreader make this operation very easy to do.


 

La confezione si presenta in modo molto semplice: lo Speedthreader poggia su di un cartoncino con il nome del prodotto ed il logo Magpul all'interno di una tasca di plastica trasparente.

Package looks very simple: thr Speedthreader is on a cardboard with product name and Magpul logo, into a transparent plastic bag.


 

Ecco il Magpul Speedthreader fuori dalla confezione. A sinistra della lunga stecchetta, molto flessibile per facilitarne l'inserimento attraverso i pals, vediamo il sistema di aggancio dello Speedthreader ai nastri delle tasche MOLLE, a destra invece la punta che funge da guida.

Here the Magpul Speedthreader out of the box. On the left of the long stick (very flexible to make easy inserting it through pals) there is the hook system of Speedthreader to straps of MOLLE pouches; on the right there is the head that works as direction guide.


 

Ecco la parte principale dello Speedthreader. In basso vediamo il noto logo della Magpul, stampato nella plastica.
La parte superiore è aperta, divisa in due linguette sovrapposte forate che costituiscono il sistema di aggancio dei nastri di fissaggio delle tasche MOLLE allo Speedthreader.
Dalla foto si può chiaramente vedere che il foro della linguetta superiore è di forma ellittica e perfettamente simmetrico, mentre il foro della linguetta inferiore ha una forma ovalizzata, largo nella parte bassa e si restringe nella parte alta per serrare il bottone del nastro presente nelle tasche MOLLE.
Più avanti vedremo meglio come si utilizza il Magpul Speedthreader.

Here the main part of Speedthreader. On the bottom we can see Magpul logo moulded on plastic.
The top is open, composed by two holed tabs that are the hook system of Speedthreader to hooking tabs of MOLLE pouches.
On this photo we can see that the hole shape of upper tab is elliptical and perfectly symmetrical while the the hole of lower tab has a ovoid shape, larger on the bottom and narrow on the top to tighten the snap of MOLLE pouch strap.
We see better how Magpul Speedthreader works later.


 

Sul bordo della stecchetta c'è impresso il nome, leggermente variato: Strap anziché Speed.

On the stick we can read the name of this tool, ligthly changed: Strap instead of Speed.

Qui vediamo il sistema di aggancio ai nastri delle tasche MOLLE, capovolto rispetto alla foto che lo mostrava precedentemente. A sinistra vediamo infatti la parte stretta che serra i bottoni a pressione dei nastri di aggancio delle tasche MOLLE.
Come scritto impresso sulla plastica, questo lato dello Speedthreader va rivolto verso la tasca.

Here we can see the hooking system to MOLLE pouches straps, overturned respect on the previous photo that shows it. On the left there is the narrow opening that tighten snaps of MOLLE pouches straps.
As written on plastic, this side must be turned toward the pouch.


 

Linguette aperte. All'interno va inserito il nastro di aggancio delle tasche MOLLE, con la parte aperta del bottone a pressione rivolta verso l'alto, ad incastrarsi nella parte stretta del foro presente sulla linguetta superiore.

Tabs open. Inside here we must insert the hooking strap of MOLLE pouch, with the open side of snap upward to be tighten to the narrow side of the upper tab hole.


 

Inseriamo il nastro, come descritto nella foto precedente. - Insert the strap as described in the previous photo.


 

Inserire il bottone all'interno del foro della linguetta, con la parte aperta rivolta verso l'alto. - Insert the snap into the hole of tab, with its opened side upward.


 

Tirare il nastro della tasca in modo che il bottone sia serrato dalla parte stretta del foro della linguetta. - Pull the strap of pouch to tighten the snap into the narrow side of the tab hole.


 

Inseriamo quindi la punta del Magpul Speedthreader nel primo passante della base su cui vogliamo agganciare la tasca, con il lato recante la scritta "This side towards pouch" rivolto verso di noi.

Then insert the Magpul Speedthreader head into the first loop of the base on wich we want to hook the pouch; the side with the writing "This side towards pouch" must be positioned toward us.


 

Facciamo passare la punta dello Speedthreader nel secondo pal della tasca. - Let run the Speedthreader head into the second pal of the pouch.


 

Quindi nel terzo pal (contando anche le file vuote) della base... - Then into the third pal (counting also empty rows) of the base...


 

Continuare quindi alternando il passaggio pal tasca / pal base fino a completamento. - Continue interlacing pouch pal / base pal until finish.


 

Afferrare la punta dello Speedthreader e tirare con forza ma lentamente, senza strattoni. - Hold tightly Speedthreader head and pull strongly but slowly, without jerks.


 

Tirare fino alla completa uscita dello Speedthreader. - Pull until Speedthreader will be completely out.


 

Per sganciare lo Speedthreader dal nastro, girarlo di 90°... - To release Speedthreade from the strap, turn it of 90°...


 

...quindi spingerlo e liberare il bottone. - ...then push it and unlock the snap.


 

Chiudere il bottone del nastro sulla tasca. - Hook the strap snap to the pouch.


 

Tasca perfettamente agganciata!

IMPORTANTE: prima di utilizzare lo Speedthreader, fargli fare sempre un giro a vuoto sia nei pals della tasca che in quelli della base.

IMPORTANT: before use Speedthreader, try it into pals of both pouch and base.

CONCLUSIONI.
Accessorio davvero utile se utilizziamo più tattici modulari o ne variamo la configurazione. Il prezzo irrisorio, parliamo di sole 6 euro, ne rende l'acquisto assolutamente consigliato.

CONCLUSIONS.
A very useful tool if we use more than one modular vest base or if we often change pouch configuration. The very low price, only 10 dollars, makes it a highly recommended bargain.
