AirsoftCommunity, recalling the 25 years of Beretta 92, could not devote some space to his deployement into the armed forces of the United States of America.

 

Da quindici anni la Beretta M9 è la principale arma da fianco delle forze armate statunitensi; sono numerosi i teatri di guerra in cui è stata impegnata, e che, in situazioni ambientali estreme, ne hanno fatto risaltare i lati positivi e negativi.

Questa serie di immagini ufficiali è una sorta di racconto fotografico di cosa sia la M9 per gli uomini e le donne dell’US ARMY, US NAVY, US AIR FORCE e del US MARINES CORP.

 

For fifteen years the Beretta M9 is has benn, and it is, the primary sidearm of the U.S. military.

There are many theaters of war where it was committed, and where, in extreme situations, it did highlight its positives and negatives.

This series of official images may be a kind of photographic story of what the M9 it represent for men and women of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and U.S. MARINES CORP.

4/9/2010. Tanya Cooper, the wife of Lance Cpl. Jacob Cooper, fires off rounds from the M9 service pistol April 9 during 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion’s Jane Wayne Day at Combat Center Range 500. The day offered wives a chance to step into their husbands’ boots and find out what it takes to be a fighting member of the Wolf Pack.

Wetzel, comptroller clerk, 2nd Marine Logistics Group shoots a M9 Beretta semi-automatic pistol for the first time, while practicing for the Competition-in-Arms-Program 2009 Division Matches, March 14. The Bradenton, Fla. native found a love of shooting during Marine Corps boot camp.

The M9 is designed to deter, and if necessary, compel adversaries by enabling individuals and small units to engage targets with accurate, lethal, direct fire.
