BEGADI, sponsor di ASC, commercializza una linea di pantaloni tecnici destinati all’impiego tattico di propria produzione.

 Il taglio di questi pantaloni ricorda quello delle classiche BDU americane.

 

 The shape of these pants looks like the classic American BDU

 

 Il tessuto, in colorazione woodland, è un misto 65/35 % cotone/nylon con trama “Ripstop” reale e non stampata.
Indossati, la prima impressione è che i pantaloni siano abbastanza pesanti e caldi.

Spicca il girovita vita alto, realizzato con materiale elastico, che fascia l’area lombare e protegge la parte bassa della schiena nei movimenti evitando che la stessa, magari madida di sudore, possa scoprirsi rimanendo esposta a sbalzi di temperatura.
La fascia lombare è collegata al giro vita dei pantaloni grazie ad una striscia di tessuto traspirante elastico bidirezionale di colore verde.
Nella parte interna della fascia, che è di colore nero, c’è un inserto di tessuto morbido che la rende più confortevole.

 

 Fabric in woodland camo is a mixture 65/35% cotton/nylon with real and not printed "Ripstop".

Remarcable the high waist band, made with elastic material that wraps the lumbar area and protects the lower back movements to avoid to be exposed to changes in temperature.

In the inner part of the band, black in color, there is an insert of soft tissue that makes it more comfortable.

 

 

 

 

 La regolazione del giro vita è garantita da due nastri in velcro ubicati sopra le tasche, sistema già visto nei pantaloni della True Spec linea 724 già recensiti su ASC. 
Infilando la mano nelle tasche, il sistema di regolazione a velcro tende a aprirsi.

 The adjustment of the waist is secured by two Velcro strips located above the pockets, a system already seen in the pants from True Spec line 724 already reviewed on ASC.

Slipping hands into the pockets, adjustable velcro system tends to open up.

 

 

 

 

 La chiusura anteriore è garantita da un bottone sul giro vita e da un cerniera YKK sulla patta.

 

 The front closure is secured by a button on the waist and a YKK zipper on the flap.
 

 

 

 

 Sempre sul girovita, vi sono sei passanti per cintura di altezza massima di sei centimetri, realizzati con nastro poliestere da due centimetri di larghezza. Qualsiasi cintura tattica disponibile in commercio può essere utilizzata su questo pantalone.

 

 Also on the waist, there are six belt loops made of polyester tape.. Any commercially available tactical belt can be used.
 

 

 

 Collegati ai passanti anteriori, vi sono due anelli a “D” in materiale plastico che permettono di assicurare, con cordino o moschettoni, oggetti infilati nelle tasche anteriori

Le tasche anteriori sono di buona capacità, con apertura inclinata in modo da facilitare l’inserimento e l’estrazione delle mani per prendere o posare oggetti nella stessa.

 

 Connected to the front loops, there are two plastic “D-rings " which make it possible, with string or snap, to secure objects stuffed into front pockets.

 Esternamente è presente una taschina che può contenere piccoli oggetti come un coltellino.

 Sui lati, all’altezza delle cosce, vi sono le grandi tasche tipo “cargo”, inclinate e molto voluminose. Sopra, una patta di chiusura che chiude la tasca mediante due bottoni e una striscia di nastro velcro.

 Sotto la patta c’è un’altra fettuccia di tessuto con un altro anello a “D”.

 Il soffietto posteriore e di dimensioni generose: ben otto centimetri contro i cinque centimetri delle comuni BDU e vi troviamo un cordino elastico con relativo sistema di bloccaggio che serve a chiudere l’estremità superiore della tasca quando è piena e prevenire l’uscita accidentale dei materiali all’interno .
 

 The large folding rear measures eight centimeters (against five centimeters of the common BDUs) and there is an elastic cord with locking device in order to close the upper end of the pocket when it is full, to prevent the accidental release of materials inside.

 

 

 

 

 All’interno troviamo altre tre tasche più piccole che permettono lo stivaggio di materiali evitandone lo spostamento. Delle tre tasche, la centrale è di dimensioni tali da poter contenere un caricatore per arma in calibro 5.56 NATO. Le due più piccole possono contenere coltellini, torcia o caricatori per pistola.
 

 Inside, there are three other smaller pockets. Of the three pockets, the central one is large enough to store one NATO 5,56 MAgazine. The two smaller ones may contain cutters, flash lights or gun magazines.

 

 

 

 

 A “pieno carico” la patta di chiusura si dimostra sottodimensionata al punto da non poter garantire la totale chiusura della tasca.
 

 When "fully loaded" the closing flap is proving to be too small, and will not be able to ensure complete closure of the pocket.

 

 

 

 

 Pregevole e azzeccata la scelta di inserire una cerniera YKK nella parte anteriore della tasca cargo, in modo tale da consentire all’operatore di accedere al contenuto anche in posizione seduta o inginocchiata, come dimostrato dalle foto che seguono.
 

 Remarkable the YKK zipper in the front side of the “cargo” pockets, so as to allow the user to access to the content in a sitting or kneeling position, as demonstrated by the following photos.

 

 

 

 Naturalmente anche qui l’ennesima fettuccia di poliestere con l’immancabile anello a “D”.

 

 Of course, even here another strip of polyester with the inevitable “D-ring”.

 Partendo dall’alto, a circa 1/3 della lunghezza della tasca “cargo”, un nastro in poliestere con una fibbia di tensione circumnaviga la parte cosciale del pantalone. Il suo scopo è quello di mantenere aderente alla gamba la tasca a pieno carico ed evitarne lo scuotimento mentre si marcia.
Al centro della tasca esternamente, c’è un inserto quadrato di velcro la cui utilità mi sfugge.
All’altezza delle ginocchia vi sono due imbottiture di notevoli dimensioni, inserite in apposite tasche con apertura che ne consente l’estrazione.

 Le imbottiture si sono rivelate troppo morbide risultando pressoché inefficaci nell’uso gravoso.

All’altezza del polpaccio c’è un’altra tasca a soffietto con patta richiudibile mediante velcro e, naturalmente, l’immancabile anello a “D” per vincolare materiali. La tasca “ospita” tranquillamente un caricatore per calibro 5.56 NATO.

 

 The pads are too soft and in heavy use are largely ineffective.

 

At the calf there is another pocket with flap secured with Velcro and, of course, the inevitable D-ring for tying materials. The pocket "hosts" a NATO 5,56 Magazine.

 

 

 

 Nella parte inferiore del pantalone troviamo una ghetta in tessuto non impermeabile che tramite un cordino elastico e un “tira cordino” permette di stringerla attorno alla caviglia o all’anfibio.

 Inoltre vi è un velcro eterno che permette di stringere la parte bassa del pantalone e renderla aderente.

 Nel corso dell’utilizzo, ho rilevato scarsa tenuta del sistema di serraggio del cordino e, inoltre, l’eccessiva lunghezza dello stesso, senza un punto in cui assicurarlo, ne provoca la continua uscita dal fondo del pantalone con la conseguenza che si impiglia ad ostacoli o arbusti nel corso della marcia.

 Sul retro, le tasche non hanno patte di chiusura e la parte superiore è leggermente inclinata verso l’esterno per facilitare l’ingresso della mano. Vi è anche un taschino per lo stivaggio di piccoli oggetti.

 Sul passante della cintura, vi altro anello a “D”.

 Due toppe rinforzano la zona delle natiche, notoriamente soggetta a maggiore usura.
Una asola realizzata nella parte posteriore all’altezza del ginocchio, con inserto in tessuto a rete dovrebbe servire a garantire ricircolo d’aria all’interno del pantalone.

 

 Two patches reinforce the area of the backside, which is notoriously subject to wear out.

There is a hole in the back with an fabric net to ensure air circulation inside the pants.

 

 

 

 Ho ritenuto opportuno sottoporre a stress le cuciture del pantalone.
In questa foto si vede la cucitura interna della gamba all’altezza del ginocchio, come si presenta a pantalone nuovo, appena estratto dalla confezione.

 

 I considered appropriate to stress the seams of the trousers.

In this picture you can see the seam inside leg at the knee, as it appears in the new pants out of the box.

 

 

 

 

 In questa foto, la stessa cucitura dopo aver tirato leggermente il lembi del pantalone per tre o quattro volte.
Va detto che il punto che ho sottoposto a stress è quello che, nei pantaloni di impiego militare è tra quelli maggiormente soggetto a sollecitazioni. 

 

 In this photo, the same seam after pulling slightly the edges of the trousers for three or four times.

 Conclusioni:

Aspetti positivi: fascia lombare; cerniera di sulla tasca “cargo”.
Aspetti negativi: troppe tasche e taschine e accessori di dubbia utilità; ginocchiere inefficaci; cuciture deboli; tessuto troppo “caldo” per un Ripstop.

 Conclusion:

Positive: lumbar band , zipper in the "cargo"pockets.
Negative: too many pockets and pockets for accessories of dubious value; knee pads ineffective, weak seams, fabric too "hot" for a Ripstop.
