Dopo decenni di utilizzo, oggi possiamo affermare con certezza che questa categoria continua ancora a soddisfare le esigenze sia degli operatori militari che dei semplici giocatori di softair.
In questo caso, ho reperito un Chest Rig della BHI detto ".223 Pouch", in quanto nato per alloggiare serbatoi per carabina colt o similari. Teoricamente però, dato che durante la prova è stato utilizzato anche con altre tipologie d'arma ed i risultati sono stati abbastanza soddisfacenti.
La colorazione scelta è il woodland, dato che utilizzo questo tattico in combinazione con un
setup boschivo.

Vi si possono alloggiare:
- 8 caricatori Colt, di tipo NATO, anche con Magpul;
- 8 caricatori .308 (quelli dello M14 vanno bene, ma senza Magpul o similari, l'estrazione risulta poco pratica);
- 8 caricatori AK (ed avremo le patte di chiusura al limite dell'area velcrata, personalmente lo sconsiglio);
- 16 caricatori per Mp5;
- 2 caricatori per pistola o coltelli multiuso.

After decades of use, we can say with certainty that this group continues to meet the needs of military operators than just airsoft players.
In this case I found one of BHI Chest Rig said "Pouch .223", as born to accomodate magazine for Colt or similar.
Theoretically, however, since in the test was also used with other types of weapon and the results were quite satisfactory.
The color choice is the woodland, as I use this tactic in conjunction with a forest setup.

It may accommodate:
- 8 Colt NATO magazine, even with Magpul;
- 8 .308 magazine (those for the M14 are fine, but without Magpul or similar, the extraction is impractical);
- 8 AK magazines (and we close the flaps of the edge of the velcro, I personally do not recommend it);
- 16 magazine for Mp5
- 2 pistol magazines or utility knife.
 

 

Il chest rig è realizzato in robusto nylon, rinfornzato in modo quasi eccessivo per i carichi che andrebbe a sopportare.
Diversamente dagli altri chest rig, da vuoto, mantiene perfettamente la forma, cosa che aiuta quando dobbiamo riempirlo.
Dalla parte opposta è presente una imbottitura sagomata che riporta il logo BLACKHAWK!, molto spessa e dura. Assolutamente poco utile, ma da apprezzare in quanto pensata per dare comfort in più all'operatore.

The chest rig is made of sturdy nylon, reinforced in almost excessive way, thinking at the loads that would endure.
Unlike other Chest rig, when empty, it keep the shape perfectly, which helps when we have to load it.
On the other side is a padded contoured bearing the logo BLACKHAWK!, very thick and hard.
Absolutely unhelpful, but to appreciate as designed to give extra comfort to the operator.

 

Le regolazioni sono semplici fettucce di cordura da 5 cm nella parte più larga e 3 cm per quanto riguarda la chiusura sulla schiena. Non sono imbottite ed utilizzano minuterie anonime, dure e rumorose.
Le tasche sono realizzate con il semplice sistema della patta superiore e chiusura a velcro. Al fondo troviamo il classico foro di deflusso per l’acqua.
Sono rifinite in modo molto dozzinale, ad una distanza siderale dalla lavorazione Eagle Industries o Paraclete, ma risultano comunque realizzate in maniera consona all'utilizzo, con cuciture robuste e bordo superiore rinforzato.
Una semplice miglioria consiste nel infilare del paracord nella fettuccia, sulla chiusura della tasca, creando degli anelli ed andando così ad aumentare la velocità di estrazione dei serbatoi, quando si utilizzano, per esempio, guanti spessi che renderebbero complicato afferrare una linguetta di cordura.

Il chest rig viene realizzato nelle colorazioni: Olive Drab, Khaky, Black e ACU.
Woodland e 3 Day Desert sono usciti di produzione.
Questo chest è oggetto di numerose copie low cost di qualità dubbia.
Il costo è di 70$ circa, esclusa spedizione, dagli USA. A mio parere, in questo caso,
si paga essenzialmente la marca.

The regolation are simple strips of Cordura of 5 cm at the widest part and 3 cm in regards the closure on the back.
Are not padded and they use imitation anonymous, hard and noisy.
The pockets are made with the simple system of upper and velcro flap closing.
At the bottom are the classic hole for water runoff.
They are finished in a very cheap, at a sideral distance from the working of Eagle Industries or the Paraclete, but are still made in a manner suitable for use with sturdy stitching and reinforced top edge.
A simple improvement is to put in the paracord sling, on the closure of the pocket, creating rings and thus going to increase the rate of extraction of shells, when using, for example, thick gloves that would make it difficult to grab a tab.

The chest rig is manufactured in colors: Olive Drab, Khaky, Black and ACU.
3 Day Desert and Woodland are no longer produced.
This chest is the subject of numerous low-cost copies of dubious quality.
The cost is about $ 70, shipping included, from USA.
In my opinion, in this case, it basically pays the brand.
 

VALUTAZIONE FINALE

PRO: Leggero, semplice, adatto a tutte le tasche e tutti gli usi.
CONTRO: Poco capiente, anonimo. Da integrare con cinturone e spallacci per giocate anche brevi.
Giudizio Finale: Nonostante adotti soluzioni sorpassate ed abbia un design dozzinale, è un chest rig adatto a chiunque pratichi il softair.
 

FINAL EVALUATION

VALUE UP:Lightweight, simple, suitable for all budgets and all uses;
VALUE DOWN:A little roomy, anonymous. To integrate with belt and shoulder straps as for fast play.
FINAL OPINION:Despite adopting obsolete solutions and have a cheap design, is a chest rig suited to all persons engaged in airsoft.
