WE-TECH M1911 CO2
Ovviamente, a tanta gloria ha risposto abbondantemente anche il mondo del softair; non credo ci sia ditta grande o piccola a non avere almeno una replica di queste pistole in catalogo.
Questo è il caso della taiuanese WE TTTI, che ha ben 37 varianti della "quarantacinque" (si, avete letto bene, e potete scoprirle tutte,ad esempio, a questo indirizzo internet: http://www.starrainbow.com.tw/index.php ).
In realtà, si tratta di una ben congegnata operazione di mercato, costruita attorno ad un efficiente sistema di tiro, adatto con poche modifiche sia al Green Gas sia all'anidride carbonica compressa in fiale.
Fra le ultime comparse, c'è la M1911 con propulsione a CO2: una replica che cerca di creare un connubio fra lo stile retrò dell'arma originale, e l'affidabilità di questo gas.
Ci riesce?
Proviamo a darle un'occhiata.

Un'occhiata al manuale, che è tradotto in quattro lingue, compreso (spesso) l'italiano; c'è anche un esploso, che però si riferisce alle repliche con serbatoio per Green Gas.
Fortunatamente, l'uso della versione ad anidride carbonica non è di particolare complessità...
E passiamo alla riproduzione... che a colpo d'occhio tanto riproduzione non è.

A rendere più appariscente la differenza, il caricatore è dotato di uno spesso pad nero, che, avesse dei polmoni, li svuoterebbe a furia di urlare "sono fatto di plastica!".

Metallo, tutto metallo, in questa replica: le due sole cose visibili in plastica sono le (orribili) guancette e il pad del caricatore.
La lavorazione è veramente buona: superfici perfette, dettagli negativi e positivi nitidi, vernici uniformi.
L'outer barrel spicca perché sembra di metallo bianco tirato a lucido, e non verniciato, com’è nella realtà. Una sciccheria.
L'impostazione dei comandi è sicuramente quella propria della Government.

Parlare di marchi, a questo punto, è forse senza scopo, ma un paio li trovo. Sull'outer barrel, visibile dalla finestra d’espulsione, è incisa l'indicazione .45ACP, mentre il ponticello del grilletto, sulla sinistra, reca una minuscola sigla WE cerchiata.

For collectors, this model will be one of its kind, being derived from, but not exactly reproducing any real weapon.
The best use, in my view, it is for plinking.
I judge it 8 out of 10, for the sights and grip panels.
